MRT3 implements provisional service from North Avenue to Shaw Boulevard Station

A rolling stock problem at the interstations of Taft and the northbound lane of Magallanes station disrupted the operations of the Metro Rail Transit  Line 3 (MRT-3) on Tuesday afternoon.

In an advisory, the train management said the MRT-3 will implement a provisional service from North Avenue station to Shaw Boulevard station, and vice versa, due to the service disruption.

Eight train sets are currently running in the mainline, it added.

“Intervention by our technical personnel is ongoing. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the MRT-3 said. — Sundy Locus/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
