PITX records less passengers on Palm Sunday morning at 4,000

Fewer passengers arrived at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on Sunday morning as compared to the same time on Saturday, based on a report of dzBB’s Jhomer Apresto.

The PITX management said that only around 4,000 passengers were recorded in the terminal from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.

This was far from the 11,000 passengers logged during the same period the day before.

More people who will travel to their respective provinces this Holy Week are expected to flock in PITX on Sunday afternoon.

The PITX management is expecting 1.2 million passengers to arrive throughout the Holy Week holidays. —Giselle Ombay/KG, GMA Integrated News
