Over P30-M worth of illegal drugs seized in Taguig

More than P30 million worth of illegal drugs were seized during a buy-bust operation in Barangay West Bicutan in Taguig City.

The Southern Police District said the narcotics were confiscated from a high-value target, according to a report in Saksi on Monday.

Among the items seized were 4.5 kilos of shabu and 6.9 grams of cocaine.

The suspect has yet to give a statement, but will be charged for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/RF, GMA Integrated News
