Ozamiz cops find suspected human bones in alleged Parojinog mass grave
Police in Ozamiz City have dug up bones, clothing, and personal items in an alleged mass grave.
The mass grave was allegedly used by members of the "martilyo gang," which has been linked the Parojinog clan that holds key political posts in the city.
In a report by Cedric Castillo on "State of the Nation" on Monday, police dug up the bones at around 6:30 p.m. in Barangay Capucao in an excavation of a hole that was two storeys deep.
PC/Insp. Jovie Espenido said the items will be sent to forensics experts for investigation.

He added that the items will be used for case build-up against the martilyo gang and the Parojinogs.
The Parojinog clan earlier dismissed accusations that a member of the family was involved in the martilyo gang or other crimes such as the illegal drug trade.
