New Zealand embassy staffers do the Maori war dance for PM Ardern

Male staff members of the New Zealand Embassy to the Philippines honor Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on Tuesday with the Haka, a traditional war dance of the indigenous Maori group.

They performed the Haka after Ardern witnessed the signing of three memoranda of understanding with the Philippines on the sidelines of the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Meetings.

The documents covering the areas of tourism, geothermal energy, and weather reporting technology were signed at the New World Hotel in Makati City.
