Sotto files cyber-libel rap vs. Cocoy Dayao over name-calling in ‘Silent No More’ blog post

For allegedly calling him names, Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III on Tuesday filed a cyber-libel complaint against Edward Angelo "Cocoy" Dayao, formerly associated with the Aquino administration and allegedly behind the "Silent No More PH" blog.

Sotto filed his complaint with the Pasay City Prosecutors Office.

The "Silent No More PH" blog post described Sotto and six other senators as Malacañang lapdogs for not signing a resolution condemning the killings of minors. — MDM, GMA News
