BOQ can issue up to 5K yellow cards across Philippines — director

The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) is able to distribute up to 5,000 international certificate of vaccinations (ICV) nationwide, an official said Wednesday.

According to the BOQ website, the ICV is issued after travelers going to Africa and South America have been vaccinated against yellow fever.

“Sa ngayon, nakakapag-issue tayo ng 3,000 to 5,000 na international certificate of vaccination or yellow cards sa buong Pilipinas,” BOQ Director III Roberto Salvador Jr. said at the Laging Handa briefing.

Salvador said the agency is working on increasing its satellite stations in malls.

Meron tayong special email po at expedite@doq.ph,” he said.
