Ramos' funeral procession from Heritage Park to Libingan ng mga Bayani

Under an overcast sky, the late President Fidel V. Ramos was brought to his final resting place on Tuesday morning through a solemn funeral procession.

Ramos' urn, which was placed inside a casket, was brought to Libingan ng mga Bayani from Heritage Park past 10 a.m.

Prior to leaving Heritage Park, the former leader was given departure honors.

A caisson carried the casket containing the urn for the funeral procession, according to a tweet of GMA News' Jonathan Andal.

Supporters of Ramos were spotted waiting along Bayani Road outside Heritage Park to pay their last respects to him before his burial.

As Ramos' urn arrived at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, he received final military honors.
