According to the BOC, the CIIS conducted the series of examinations from December 6 to 22.

The BOC said mantou (steamed buns), frozen food products such as frozen prawn balls, frozen lobster, and crabsticks, as well as udon noodles and fresh carrots, were found in the containers.

The containers were consigned to one company.

Customs Commissioner Yogi Filemon Ruiz said they had been monitoring the activities of the company after receiving information on the real contents of the containers from China. — DVM, GMA Integrated News
