P100-M worth of cocaine found in Surigao del Sur

About 20 kilograms of suspected cocaine worth about P100 million were found along the coastline of Lingig town in Surigao del Sur, Super Radyo's dzBB Mark Makalalad reported on Wednesday.

Based on the initial report from Philippine National Police's Region 13 Office, the blocks of cocaine were discovered by a fisherman identified as Jolan Basadre along the shoreline of Barangay Handamayan in Lingig. —BAP/KG, GMA News
