The clarification came following a report stating that residents who are working outside the city were advised to stay near their respective workplaces or just stay at home when it goes on a strict lockdown by next week.

Residents of the city are still allowed to go to work and do some businesses, especially if it is just within the province of Bulacan. Local officials reminded residents to always bring necessary documents, including identification cards.

The use of quarantine pass is still enforced as well as the mandatory wearing of face masks.
