3 kids among new COVID-19 cases in Batangas City

Three children were among the eight additional cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Batangas City.

According to a Monday “24 Oras News Alert,” all the new cases are now isolated.

Furthermore, intensive contact tracing is also ongoing to prevent the further spread of the virus.

So far, Batangas City recorded a total of 1,158 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 775 recoveries and 37 deaths.

Nationwide, cases of COVID-19 ballooned to 304,226 on Sunday, with 252,510 recoveries and 5,344 fatalities. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/DVM, GMA News
