100 houses affected in Batangas City fire

About 100 houses along a coastal area in Batangas City were hit by fire, according to a report on "Saksi" on Tuesday.

The fire spread quickly due to the strong winds and most  of the affected houses were made of light materials.

About 200 families were affected by the fire. There were no reported injuries.

Authorities are conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the fire. -- BAP, GMA News
