2 dead, 1 injured after two motorcycles collide in San Juan, Ilocos Sur

Two people were killed and one was injured after their motorcycles collided in San Juan, Ilocos Sur.

According to CJ Torrida’s report on GMA Regional TV's One North Central Luzon on Thursday, the incident happened on the national highway in Barangay Baliw.

The police said one of the riders tried to overtake a truck and collided with the other motorcycle on a blind curve on the highway.

One of the riders is in critical condition, while their passenger riding pillion was killed. The other rider was also killed.

The truck driver is in custody, while the relatives of those involved in the accident have yet to make a statement, according to the report. — Richa Noriega/BM, GMA News
