By GMA Integrated News

A man was nabbed by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Montalban, Rizal for allegedly threatening to release private photos and videos of his former girlfriend if she does not engage in sexual activities with him.

The suspect will face charges of violating Republic Act 9262, or anti-violence against women and children and the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, as well as making grave threats.

Because of the online blackmailing that the subject did to his victim, it is very important that such instances are immediately reported to our office so immediate action can also be taken.)

The suspect is currently detained at the NBI Detention Facility. — Jon Viktor D. Cabuenas/BM, GMA Integrated News
