Man's body cut in half after getting hit by boulder

A backhoe operator's body was cut in half after a boulder hit him at a quarry site in Tuy, Batangas.

According to a report on "Saksi," the man was eating lunch on the backhoe when the huge rock fell.

Invetstigation showed that the incident may have been caused by the weakening of the ground where the boulder was anchored.

The family of the victim and the owner of the quarry site are discussing how to settle the loss. —NB, GMA Integrated News
