SIKAT: Garrett Bolden wants to explore hosting and acting this 2022

Kapuso soul balladeer Garrett Bolden is determined to make 2022 a productive year for him as he sets his goal to explore more opportunities in show business.

The Clash graduate told Papa Obet in his exclusive interview via Sikat that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic will not stop him from trying out new things.

Garrett explained, “Pero nagdadagdag ako ng goals, siguro ang goal ko for this year is to be more productive, to a do a lot of song siguro.”

“And to also venture out doon sa pagkanta, to explore itong industriya pa like to do hosting or hopefully acting as well. ‘Yun po parang just to be more productive this year 2020. Alam naman natin pandemic, pero, talagang we have to push ourselves to be productive,” he added.

He also shared with Papa Obet that keeps a list of the things he wants to accomplish for this year like being able to launch his new single under GMA Music.

“Gumagawa ako ng list na parang, hindi ko nilalagyan ng exact date. Pero parang sabi ko, ‘ito dapat first kong maachieve, tapos second ko magawa ayan. Hopefully, third ganyan, Garrett said.

He continued, “So, meron din ako parang listahan kumbaga, isa na rin dito itong song ko na ‘to na supposedly when we started to record it nilagay ko talaga na dapat January or let’s say February makapag-release ako ulit ng bagong single and eto na nga nakapag-release po ako ulit.”

The next few weeks will be a busy one for Garrett Bolden with the promotion of his self-written track “Pwede Pa ba.”

“And ‘Pwede Pa Ba’ is actually a song na para sa mga, hindi ko naman masasabing sawi, pero tayong mga Pinoy, mahilig tayo sa mga hugot songs,” he shared. “Pero ito ‘yung parang floating question palagi na parang ‘puwede pa ba bumalik uli kapag naghiwalay na or hindi na nagsama uli. Kumbaga kahit mukhang malabo na e, puwede pa rin ba kayong magkabalikan or bumalik sa dati.”
