Barangay LS Forever bags numerous awards in the Asian Business Excellence Award

The number one FM station in the country, Barangay LS Forever, received several awards in the Asian Business Excellence Award 2023 held at the Manila Hotel on November 12.

Barangay LS was recognized as the Outstanding FM Radio Station, while the program Songbook took home the award for Outstanding FM Radio Program.

Mama Emma and Janna Chuchu were also recognized at the Asian Business Excellence Award. DJ Emma was hailed as the Most Outstanding Female Radio DJ, while Janna was chosen as the Most Outstanding Male Radio DJ.

Kapuso radio host Janna Chuchu posted on his Facebook page his heartfelt appreciation for  the award-giving body for this huge honor. 

He said, “Salamat  4th  Asian Business Excellence Award at Gian Garcia sa award na binigay niyo sa akin bilang Asia's Outstanding Male Radio  Dj sa programa namin ni Papa Ding Kevin Monterey  SongBook  bilang Outstanding FM  Radio Program, ka'y Mama Emma Juanita Baisa  bilang Asia's Outstanding Female Radio Dj at sa Barangay LS 97.1 bilang Outstanding FM Radio Station  Tj Herrera Sir Glenn Frias Allona.”

Several Sparkle talents were also recognized in the Asian Business Excellence Award. One of them was Abot-Kamay na Pangarap actress Kazel Kinouch, who got the trophy for Outstanding Actress for TV of the Year, while former Daddy’s Gurl star Prince Clemente was hailed as the Promising Actor of the Year.

Hunk MJ Ordillano and Sparkle Teen member Josh Ford were hailed as winners, too.
