Papa Dudut Wins 'Best Podcast of the Year' at the 6th Alta Media Icon Awards

Papa Dudut and his hit FM radio show Barangay Love Stories are on a roll this year!

After receiving the Spotify Creator Milestone Award last February, the popular Barangay LS Forever DJ has once again been recognized—this time bagging the Best Podcast of the Year trophy at the 6th Alta Media Icon Awards.

The award-winning radio host expressed his gratitude to the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA – Las Piñas for the special recognition given to his show Barangay Love Stories.

He posted on Facebook, “Maraming salamat po sa University of Perpetual Help System DALTA – Las Piñas sa pagkilala sa ating programa bilang Best Podcast of the Year! Wagi! Barangay LS ?????? #BarangayLS #BarangayLoveStories”

This October, Barangay Love Stories hit yet another milestone, reaching 100 million streams on the Spotify Philippines app. The show also had a grand collaboration with the cast of the country’s long-running comedy show, Bubble Gang, which is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary on television.
