The Provincial Government of Pampanga is offering interest-free loans to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the province, giving them much-needed capital to recover and grow.
Through the "Pampanga Loan Assistance Program," 15 MSMEs from different districts received P100,000 each.
The program, in partnership with the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), allows MSMEs to borrow amounts ranging from P50,000 to P500,000 without interest or collateral.
Beneficiaries can repay the loan over 6 to 24 months, with an additional two-month grace period.
“So, even ‘yung mga maliliit, tinutulungan ang mga ito ng dagdag puhunan. Alam natin before the pandemic, isa sila sa mga nawalan ng trabaho,” Engr. Lulu Alingcastre, head of the Provincial Cooperative and Economic Development Office (PCEDO), said.
