A new government hospital is rising inside the Clark Freeport Zone, aiming to serve over 143,000 workers and communities nearby with affordable and quality healthcare.

The Pampanga Provincial Hospital–Clark is now fully constructed and is expected to be operational fully by the fourth quarter of 2025.

“Mayroon tayong 143,000 workers. We have 203 locators and investors in the zone. So napakalaki ng ating constituency dito, kaya buti mayroon tayong ospital,” Clark Development Corporation President Agnes Devanadera said.

With a total of 143 beds, the hospital includes 17 private rooms, 16 semi-private rooms, and 110 ward beds.

It is also equipped with complete clinical services, diagnostic and ancillary procedures, as well as administrative support systems.

According to Dr. Dax Ditudala, Chief of the Pampanga Provincial Health Office, the hospital will implement a no-balance billing policy.

“With this government hospital, we are going to implement no balance billing, with the help of agencies like PCSO and DSWD. Since we are here in Clark, and many of our workers are based here, we also expect to cater to patients from outside Pampanga,” he said.

The provincial government spent P465 million to build the hospital and will allocate an additional P158 million for medical equipment.

The Pampanga Provincial Hospital–Clark is the first public hospital established inside Clark Freeport Zone and is seen as a major boost to the area’s healthcare access and services.
