Converge ICT Solutions, Inc.’s nationwide campaign “Live to the Power of X” has landed in Davao City.
The campaign reached Davao in time for the 2025 Kadayawan Festival, infusing the region’s grandest festival with a vision of limitless possibilities.
“Live to the Power of X” is powered by Super FiberX, a product of Converge that aims to deliver a complete digital experience to households providing high-speed fiber internet along with extensive entertainment options.
This means reliable fiber internet that powers different facets of life for 1.5 million residents of Davao City – from homegrown enterprises and online learning to gaming marathons and family movie nights.
“The real game changer is we’re moving away from simply providing speed or connectivity. What we’re after now is better digital experiences,” says JP Aguilar, Officer-in-charge of Converge’s Consumer and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) Group.
“Dati, we were simply adding a little bandwidth here, a little bandwidth there, but now, it’s all about the total experience. And what we’re doing differently, this time, with Super FiberX, we’re doing away with the mindset wherein we say our customers expect that for you to get better, it costs more. We’re moving away from simple connectivity and moving towards better experiences,” he said.
UPGRADED PLANS
Following activities with partners designed to show how Super FiberX fuels connection, collaboration, and possibility, Demetrio Montes, Assistant Vice President and Regional General Manager of Converge, unveiled the upgraded Super FiberX plans:
• MAX P1,599 / month (Up to 400Mbps)
• ULTRA P2,599 / month (Up to 800Mbps)
Both plans include the Xperience Hub + SkyTV (with 52 channels) and Wifi-6 Next Gen Modem.
Montes also introduced the X Lounge, a mall activation space for exploring smart homes, immersive gaming, and more.
“It brings possibilities. We don’t just chase speed tests, we deliver real, consistent experiences. We wanted to upgrade the lives of our kababayans in terms of how they live, how they work, and how they play,” he says.
“Davaoeños deserve the best internet. Davao is growing fast, the infrastructure, as we can see right now, from 10 years ago, sobrang lumaki na ‘yung Davao. With the fastest internet right now, with the Power of X, mas lalaki pa ‘yung ekonomiya ng Davao. As proof of the Power of X, Montes says 70 percent of Converge’s total sales nationwide has come from Super FiberX since the product was launched in 2025.
But for Davaoeños to really understand the benefits, Montes said it is important that they get to “Live to the Power of X” firsthand. To make this easier, installation for a Converge connection in Davao is free until August 31, 2025.
Montes said supporting Converge in this campaign are local business centers and over a hundred vehicles doing repairs and installations.
