Bea Alonzo has received beautiful words from ex-fiance Dominic Roque, two days after talk show host Boy Abunda confirmed their split on live television. Dominic’s request: no hate and no bashing.

Turning to Facebook, the 33-year-old actor has broken his silence for the first time since speculations were triggered about his and Bea’s relationship status.

“Bea's a beautiful person inside n out,” captioned Dominic in a February 8 post, where the actor shared a throwback reel from last year dated October 21.

He followed it up with an appeal for more kindness from the public.

“No hate/bashing/negative things please..” Dominic wrote in the caption, which he concluded with a ‘praying hand’ emoji.

Tito Boy earlier announced on a February 6 episode of “”Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” that Bea and Dom had indeed broken up and called the wedding off, ending days-long rumors sparked by their absence in each other’s recent social media posts.

In a more recent interview by Aubrey Carampel, the veteran talk show host echoed a similar sentiment on showing kindness amid Bea and Dom’s present situation. 

“Delikado yung speculations dahil malay natin inaayos pa? Malay natin naguusap? I don't know. How much do we really know? Yung akin panawagan, sana we can be a little kinder,” said Tito Boy on February 7. 

Bea and Dominic’s relationship began in 2021. They confirmed their engagement last July 2023.
