The national headquarters of the Philippine National Police has directed the Police Regional Office-Davao (PRO-11) to assist the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms in implementing the warrant against Kingdom of Jesus Christ Founder, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

OSSA requested the PNP for assistance after the Senate ordered Quiboloy's arrest for the latter's failure to attend the Senate investigation over the allegations of sexual abuse and human exploitation against him.

“Mo-assist si Davao Region police for the safety and security sa OSSA personnel and Pastor Quiboloy,” PRO-11 Spokesperson, Major Catherine Dela Rey, said.

PRO-11 said it is waiting for the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms to advise when the arrest will be carried out.

“Naghulat pa ta og communication sa Senate Sergeant-at-Arms,” Dela Rey said.

Authorities have yet to determine Quiboloy's exact whereabouts but assured earlier that the warrant will be implemented peacefully. The Kingdom of Jesus Christ is in Davao City.
