A woman was arrested in an entrapment operation at an establishment in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
The operation was conducted by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) of Alaminos City District Office.
In a video, the woman was seen meeting with the complainant to sell land in Mangaldan, Pangasinan for P150,000.
It was discovered that the documents for the land she was selling, including the Transfer Certificate of Title, were fake.
The woman is now facing charges of estafa and falsification of public documents.
