A 23-year-old woman was killed after she was run over by a truck along the national highway in Barangay Magdum, Tagum City over the weekend.
Police said the truck hit the motorcycle driven by the victim while the two vehicles were traversing the highway in the same direction.
The victim died on the spot after after she was run over by the truck.
Investigators said the truck driver reportedly did not notice the motorcycle. The driver was placed under police custody and may face charges.
