Tropical Storm “Aghon” (TS Agon) has maintained its strength while moving across Luzon. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration's (PAGASA) 8 a.m. update, the storm's center was last spotted near Dolores, Quezon at 7 a.m. 

It has sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts up to 110 kilometers per hour, moving northwest at 15 kilometers per hour.

The storm is expected to pass over mainland CALABARZON and the Polillo Islands throughout the day.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) Number 2 is raised on northern and central portion of Quezon, Laguna, the eastern portion of Rizal, Polillo Islands, and the eastern portion of Batangas.

TCWIS Number 1 is raised on the rest of Quezon, the rest of Rizal, Cavite, the rest of Batangas, the northern portion of Oriental Minodoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Pampanga, southeastern Portion of Isabela, southern portion of Quirino, southern portion of Nueva Vizcaya, eastern and southern portions of Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Bulacan, Northern Portion of Albay, and Burias Island.
