A woman was shot in the head while riding pillion on board a motorcycle-for-hire past 10 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.
The incident happened on Juan Luna Street corner Samar Loop in Barangay Luz, Cebu City.
In an initial investigation by personnel of the Cebu City Police, the assailant was on board another motorcycle.
As of posting time, police investigation is ongoing. No details were given on the condition of the victim.
One of the motives pursued by the police is robbery.
