Colegio de San Juan de Letran, University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, and Emilio Aguinaldo College emerged victorious in the NCAA Season 99 beach volleyball tournament finals at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Sand Courts in Subic, Zambales on January 28, 2024.

The flawless Letran Lady Knights swept the women's division, ending the elimination round with seven wins and no loss.

The trio of team captain Lara Mae Silva and sisters Gia and Jogi Maquilang dumped the EAC Lady Generals in the final four, 22-20, 21-13, before sending their rival San Beda University crashing in the finals, 21-16, 21-16.

In the men’s division, the duo of Louie Ramirez and Jefferson Marapoc, together with Klint Mateo, once again stumped their class in the competition, which they ruled dominantly since the previous season.

Perpetual suffered a surprising loss in a tightly contested match against the Jose Rizal University in the opening day before recovering their bearings in the succeeding matches to finish the elimination on top with six wins and one defeat.

The Altas easily dispatched the Arellano University in the final four match, 21-12, 21-15, before trouncing the Mapua University in the finals, 21-19, 21-13.

In the juniors division, Emilio Aguinaldo College composed of Dwayne Alin-Alin, Alijhan Apdian, and Nyle Ecaranum willed their way into the championship.

They ended the elimination round with a 6-2 win-loss record, along with LPU, Letran, and Perpetual.

The Brigadiers lost their twice-to-beat advantage in the final four match, falling to Perpetual 21-16, 12-21, 8-15, before solving the puzzle in the second game to notch the juniors crown, 21-17, 21-18.
