Zamboangeño boxer Jonas Sultan wins via unanimous decision against American foe Frank Gonzales in Florida, USA.
Sultan was in control of the fight all night long. He brought down the hometown bet to the canvas in the second and fourth rounds.
Gonzales had a hard time keeping up with Sultan’s power and barrage of punches.
The pride of Zamboanga City now flexes a 19-6 win-loss record with 11 wins coming by way of knockout.
He now completes his comeback fight after suffering a defeat against Paul Butler for the vacant WBO interim bantamweight title in 2022.
