BASIC INFORMATION
Dubbed as the Kapuso Primetime Princess, Barbie Forteza is one of Sparkle's best actresses with her ability to capture audiences heart's in every performance. She entered showbiz at just 12 years old when she portrayed a young Jodi Reyes in the Filipino adaptation of the South Korean drama "Stairway To Heaven." Since her debut project, Barbie has led various top-billed Kapuso shows such as "Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts," "The Half Sisters," "Meant To Be," "Kara Mia," "Inday Will Always Love You," and more. She is also a critically acclaimed actress, bagging acting awards both locally and internationally, one of which was the Best Actress award at the 36th Fantasporto International Film Festival in Portugal.
