Ruru has starred in various top-rating projects over the years, one of which was the 2016 remake of the iconic Kapuso telefantasya "Encantadia" where he played the role of Ybarro/Ybrahim. His latest project is the action-fantasy drama, "Lolong," which is one of GMA’s biggest Primetime shows in 2022. He is also one of the cast members of the much-awaited Philippine edition of "Running Man PH."
