Glaiza de Castro, set to release her fourth album soon
GMANetwork.com caught up with Encantadia star Glaiza de Castro for an exclusive one-on-one interview to discuss her newest album. There, she talked to us about what to expect in her fourth record.

According to Glaiza, "Lahat 'to puro Filipino songs tapos mayroon siyang four revival songs na galing din sa mga OPM artists. May mga bagong din akong songs doon which were written years ago pa and finally natutuwa ako dahil ma-she-share ko na siya."
Her third album, 'Synthesis,' released last 2015 was her best release to date and included different musical elements to complete. For her fourth album, Glaiza plans to take a different approach.
"Back to basics siya 'eh, compared to 'Synthesis' na maraming elements ng music and instruments, 'eto sobrang stripped down. Guitar at boses lang siya and sobrang minimal na piano at beats. 'Eto 'yung patutugtugin mo 'pag gusto mo lang mag-relax at tanggalin lahat ng negative vibes na nararamdaman mo," said the Kapuso actress.
What will be the name of Glaiza's newest album?
"Mayroon na siyang title pero 'di ko pa siya pwedeng sabihin. Nararamdaman namin with my label now na hindi muna siya pwedeng i-reveal pero it is something positive and uplifting."
Despite keeping it a secret, she still left us a clue about the name.
"Sa family kasi namin, mayroon kaming kasabihan. Sinimulan 'to ng lolo ko so ito 'yung lagi niyang anecdote para sa'min na kapag may sinimulan kang isang bagay na maganda, maganda rin 'yung kalalabasan at maganda siya matatapos. 'Yun 'yung naka-plant na sa isip namin. Ipinangalan ko [ang album] after sa anecdote na 'yon to pay tribute to my family and spread the message of the anecdote," shared Glaiza.
