LOOK: Maine Mendoza graces premiere issue of an online magazine

Maine Mendoza is the first ever cover girl of online portal Rank Magazine.

The young online publication makes its premiere this July 2017 with the DubSmash Queen and half of the AlDub phenomenon as the star of their cover story. The issue makes its debut in time for the second anniversary of Maine on Eat Bulaga’s ‘Kalyeserye.’

Two years after her historic thrust in front of the camera, @rankmagazine decodes the phenomenon that is #MaineMendoza – her surge to superstar status, the magnitude of her unexpected celebrity, and her continuing relationship with the adoring public,” the magazine wrote.

“Yes. The Maine Mendoza magic is real! Who said you can’t wear an intricately-designed designer piece and not act goofy in it? #MaineMendoza can wear anything and be cute and lovable in it,” Rank added in a separate post.

The magazine also announced that it is working on a special print issue with three versions of Maine on the cover as a way to thank AlDub Nation for its outpouring support and love for their idol.
