Was assigned to the OR yesterday for clinicals. OR is definitely one of my top 3 choices! ???? I was so giddy all day! My feet were killing me from standing and walking around the whole time but the stuff that I got to witness and observe was so worth it! I saw a Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass, Laparoscopic Gastric Sleeve, Panniculectomy and a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy ???? I got to touch an actual piece of the stomach taken out and also the gallbladder with a huge stone inside. I got to see how everything looked on the inside..I felt like a kid in a toy store so excited and eager to see more! ???? It was awesome! Thank you God for such an exciting and insipiring day! ???? #grateful #inspired #dreamer #futurern #roadtorn #reachforthestars
