Maanghang ang naging sagot ng anak ni Jaclyn Jose na si Andi Eigenmann sa comment ng isang netizen kung saan inakusahan ito na diumanong tumaggi na magpa-picture at sinungitan nito ang isang fan.
Ayon sa kuwento ng netizen na si @vieveyanong sa Instagram, nangyari raw ang insidente sa isang airport.

Agad na nag-reply si Andi at ipinagtanggol ang sarili.
Paliwanag nito, “@vieveyanong ma'am, before you comment such an accusation on my instagram page, i hope you realise that I am a human being too, just as your sister is, and while she must've just been thinking about herself and her own feelings as she wanted to snap a photo w me, she probably didn't think that MAYBE just MAYBE, i do not walk this earth simply to please her nor you. Maybe JUST maybe, instead of negatively judging another person because you didnt get what you want from them, maybe we can learn to realise that WE ARE ALL THE SAME. AND WE ARE ALL HUMANS.”
Hindi din nagustahan ni Andi Eigenmann ang pagiging judgemental ng naturang netizen.

Ang netizen naman na si @60journey ay nag-komento rin at sinabihan si Andi na hindi maganda ang tarayan ang kaniyang mga fans.
Diretsahan din sinabi nito na dapat alagaan niya ang kaniyang mga supporters lalo na at hindi na siya sikat.

Sumagot uli ang anak ni Jaclyn Jose sa naging pahayag ng netizen. Dito kaniyang inamin na walang problema sa kaniya kung hindi na siya kilala ng publiko at desisyon niya umalis ng showbiz, dahil hindi na siya masaya.

Second, if I wanted the life I had in the past, I wouldn't have left showbiz. So go figure. But me wanting to be a full-time mom, and to live my life sooo far away from the spotlight (away from the city, even), doesn't also result to your accusations being anywhere true.”
