Lolit Solis predicts AlDub will survive open letter controversy

After Maine Mendoza opened up her heart to the public by posting an open letter to her fans on November 26, celebrities have expressed their support for the phenomenal star. They lauded Maine's honesty and bravery, qualities that not everyone in the showbiz world possess.

One of Philippine entertainment's most respected personalities, Lolit Solis, breaks her silence on the ongoing controversy. In her Instagram post today, November 29, Manay Lolit strongly believes that Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza will survive the storm. 

She said, "Sa nagaganap na controversy ngayon kay Maine Mendoza at Alden Richards inaakala ng marami na malaki magiging epekto nito sa loveteam ng dalawa, tutoo apektado ang loveteam, pero individually I think both Maine and Alden will survive this, both of them will shine brighter."

Lolit argues that both stars have the talent and the right attitude to be successful in the showbiz industry for the long haul.

"Makikita mo both are talented, both professionals, wala ako narinig na pintas sa ugali nila pareho. I feel hinog na sila pareho to fly on their own, I predict a good career for both of them," she added.

She ends her post with a hopeful message for the love team's fans.

"Do not write finish sa Aldub, who Knows ito iyon test for them. To really know their worth, tingnan natin ang lalo pa nilang paglaki, dont despair."
