What did Ms. Lilybeth Rasonable see in Manolo Pedrosa? The top lady exec shares the network's plans in grooming him as a leading man.
Manolo Pedrosa will be joining a talented roster of artists under GMA Network, after the former Kapamilya teen star signed a contract with GMA Artist Center today, July 27.

GMA Network’s SVP and Entertainment Group Head, Ms. Lilybeth Rasonable, said that Manolo has the potential to become a leading man.
She said, “Ay puwede siya pang leading man kasi he has the height, definitely has the looks, and I believe may experience na talaga siya in acting which can be further honed. And ang cute ng eyes niya that’s his asset and he speaks very well, so puwede 'yan pang leading man si Manolo.”
Ms. Rasonable added that the chinito heartthrob has done some auditions, but she stressed that management will make sure that he will undergo more workshops to further hone his talent.
“Yes, actually he has auditioned for a part but let's see which role he lands. But definitely we will further train him, so that he can have more projects here in our Kapuso network.”
Manolo’s last project with the Kapamilya network was Oh My G! with Janella Salvador and Marlo Mortel in July 2015.
