It's not part of the 'Fast & Furious' franchise, but Vin Diesel will be fast and furious in it - literally!

After two years of not appearing on-screen, and mostly doing voice-over acting for action movies of Marvel as his adorable character Groot, Hollywood action star Vin Diesel finally returns to the big screen this 2020.

He top-bills Sony's new sci-fi action film, Bloodshot, which is based on the best-selling comic book with the same title.

Vin plays the role of Ray Garrison, a soldier who dies in the line of duty. He is resurrected as a lethal superhuman and forced to join a team of technologically-upgraded human killing machines.

Sony has not announced an official release date for the movie in the Philippines but is scheduled to premiere in the U.S. on March 13.
