Cebuana beauty queen and Sparkle GMA Artist Center talent Gazini Ganados reached the Top 5 in the inaugural Miss Grand International All Stars.

She, however, failed to make it to the Top 3 during the finals in Thailand evening on May 30, 2026.

The Top 3 candidates are:

  • Vanessa Pulgarin - Colombia
  • Nguyen Huong Giang - Vietnam
  • Faith Maria Porter - Ghana

Ganados joined them in the Top 5 along with Mariana Beckova of Czech Republic.

Pulgarin who competed in Miss Universe 2025 would eventually clinch the first MGI All Stars title.

During the Top 5 Q&A, judge Abena Akuaba asked Ganados: “Cyberbullying has become one of the biggest threats facing young people today. Beyond simply telling people to be kind, what practical steps should society take to reduce cyberbullying?”

Ganados answered:

“I was once a victim of cyberbullying. It is not easy to go through something that you didn’t ask for. As a Filipina-Palestinian, I have raised my voice and I have conquered through my fears because I faced the struggles that I've been facing."

"My family is still stuck in Gaza and now that I'm fighting for their lives, I just want to do my best and be their representation and raise their flags just like who I am today as a Filipina-Palestinian.”

In 2019, Ganados represented the Philippines in Miss Universe and entered the Top 20.

In MGI All Stars, which welcomed women and transwomen who have competed internationally, Ganados represented the Philippines alongside four other candidates:

  • Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Ravena
  • Universal Woman Arabia 2025 Keylyn Trajano
  • Former Miss Philippines Earth Imelda Schweighart
  • Manila-based Brazilian beauty queen Alexia Nuñez

Ravena made it to the Top 18.
