Maraming naglabasang negative issues laban kay Mark Anthony Fernandez these past few months but his current leading lady, Ms. Regine Velasquez, only has good words to say about him. Dahil na nga siguro dito, walang naging problema sa kanilang reunion sa first ever Kantaserye ng GMA, ang Diva. Kahit na nahaharap si Mark sa kainitan ng intriga with his former girlfriend at bagong Kapuso na si Claudine Barretto, the actor seems to be taking it all well in stride. Lalo na’t nagsalita na si Regine about this issue, at ipinagtanggol pa siya. “I never had a problem with Mark and he’s a wonderful actor to work with,” ang kuwento ng Asia’s songbird sa press. Regine may not have wanted to comment on what’s happening with Mark and Claudine but she certainly gave her support kay Mark. “He listens and he’s on time when you tell him to be there at this time, he’s there. He doesn’t make me wait,” ang dagdag pa niya. However, she also voiced her concern sa kanyang leading man by saying, “He kind of needs a little bit of push and I hope sana makuha naman n'ya ‘yun sa ibang tao.” And we think Mark is getting that needed push sa Diva dahil kakaiba ang aura niya on screen at talaga namang nakakikilig ang mga eksena nila ni Regine sa show. So we asked the singer-actress kung ang pakikinig ba ni Mark sa kanya ang reason kung bakit may chemistry silang dalawa. She naughtily answered, “Hindi!
