Spain's Queen Sofia visits Escuella Taller in Manila
Queen Sofhia of Spain meets with students of Escuela Taller in Intramuros, Manila on Tuesday. The center provides manpower training needed for the conservation of man-made PHL heritage sites. Escuela Taller was initiated by Spain in the 1980s to provide skills to a large number of unemployed youth.
