'Helen' to bring widespread rains over Luzon

PAGASA satellite image as of 9:32 a.m. Monday shows Tropical Depression Helen at 630 km east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. Helen is moving west northwest and is expected to bring widespread rains over parts of Luzon. GMA News
