Sa Vigan, namataan ang solar halo pasado 9:00 kaninang umaga. Tila isang malaking singsing na ilaw na pumapalibot sa araw. Nangyayari ito kapag natunaw ang ice crystals sa kalangitan. Ito ngayon 'yung halo o parang singsing sa paligid ng araw.
