Hindi talaga matatawaran ang galing at talento ng Kapuso singers na nag-iwan ng marka sa taong 2014, hindi lamang dito kundi pati na rin sa ibang bansa.

Rachelle Ann Go

Una sa listahan ng Kapuso performers ang Pinoy pride at Sunday All Stars diva na si Ms. Rachelle Ann Go. Pinabilib niya ang marami matapos masungkit ang iconic role na Gigi sa West End revival ng Miss Saigon.

 

I am still overwhelmed! Last night was just phenomenal. I still could not believe I was part of the 25th anniversary of Miss Saigon. God is amazing! Thank You.. To Ms. Lea Salonga who asked me 2 years ago if I was going to audition for Miss Saigon, salamat po... I didn't imagine we are going to share a West End stage.. Haaay... You are an inspiration.. Mark Bautista

Tila nagkaroon naman ng reunion ang magkaibigan na sina Rachelle at Mark Bautista sa London.

The Kapuso singer was cast to play the late President Ferdinand Marcos in a rock musical titled Here Lies Love.

Julie Anne San Jose

Banner year din para sa Asia’s Pop Sweetheart ang taong 2014.

Noong Hulyo, iniuwi ni Julie Anne ang Song of The Year award sa 2014 Yahoo Celebrity Awards for her song Bakit Ngayon.

But the sweetest victory came late this year, after the young diva was awarded the Diamond record by the Philippine Association of Record Industry Inc. for her self-titled album. In addition, her latest album Deeper has also reached Gold record status.

Tom Rodriguez and Dennis Trillo

Hindi magpapahuli ang tambalan nina Tom Rodriguez at Dennis Trillo.

Matapos ang successful GMA Primetime series nila na My Husband’s Lover, tumabo rin sa sales ang joint album nila with GMA Records na TomDen na umabot sa Platinum.

Humakot naman ng parangal last September ang Pinoy R&B artist na si Kris Lawrence. Itinanghal siya na R&B Artist of the Year and he bagged the R&B Album of the Year award for Spread the Love sa 6th PMPC Star Award for Music, thus cementing his place in the Philippine music industry.

 

Went home very happy for winning 2 awards last night! I didnt expect to win so i wasnt able to thank the people i really wanted to...hehe it went by so fast. But thank you Lord ???? to God be the Glory ???? #RnBArtistOfTheYear #RnBAlbumOfTheYear

Jonalyn Viray and Aicelle Santos

Dalawa ring Kapuso natin ang nag-uwi ng parangal sa kagaganap lang na 2014 Aliw Awards.

Jonalyn Viray won Best Female Performer in a Concert for her recent show #Fearless while fellow La Diva Aicelle Santos scores a major win for her performance in the musical Rak of Aegis, winning Best Actress in a Musical.
