Nikki Gil spotted at GMA

Newly-engaged Kapamilya singer-actress Nikki Gil was spotted in the GMA Network compound. She was on a radio tour in DWLS 97.1 to promote her fourth album.

In her interview with GMANetwork.com, the blooming bride-to-be explained why her album was titled ‘Love Revisited.’
Nikki said, “Dahil itong mga kantang ito, bukod sa these are remakes, na parang we're revisiting the hits noong mga araw na yun.”
"Love is and stories of love are nice. [These include] anecdotes and stories and experiences that we look back on for inspiration [or] lessons.”
The carrier single of Nikki’s album is the song by the APO Hiking Society, ‘When I Met You.’
Disney experience
Many may not remember that the talented singer had the chance to work with the guys from Walt Disney Records. In 2006, she and other Asian artists were tapped to perform in the music video of the Disney hit ‘High School Musical,’ in which they sang the theme song, ‘Breaking Free.’
Nikki recounted her Disney experience and she considers it a wonderful opportunity that she got to work with different cultures.
“It’s a long time ago. I don’t even remember kelan ba 'yun. It was a good experience. I got to work with different cultures at siyempre parang it's interesting enough to work with different artists mula pa sa ibang kultura. I really enjoyed it. I’m glad that I had that feather added to my cap,” she added.
Big wedding
Nikki will soon be walking the aisle, and like her good friend Kapuso star Iya Villania, she will be entering another phase in her life as a wife.
When asked how is she dealing with the pressure of preparing for her wedding, the Kapamilya singer revealed that planning for her wedding is a breeze, all thanks to her trusted wedding coordinator.
“I’m actually not too stressed beacause I hired a wedding coordinator. So siya ‘yung na-se-stress for me [giggles]. So far, na-e-enjoy ko naman ‘yung proseso. Masaya mag-pick out ng mga theme, colors ganyan.”
