Underscoring its commitment to the environment, sustainability, and community engagement, GMA Network unveiled the Kapuso ng Kalikasan Fair on June 4, 2026. It is an annual project led by the Network’s Corporate Affairs and Communications department.
Held at the GMA Network Center, the event showcases the Kapuso Food Fair, which features various booths that promote eco-friendly products, healthy food choices, product displays, and more.
GMA Network Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications Angela Javier-Cruz highlighted the Network’s commitment in inspiring positive change while also promoting environmental responsibility:
"For many years, GMA Network has used its platforms not only to inform and entertain, but also to encourage meaningful action on issues that matter. The Kapuso ng Kalikasan Fair is part of that continuing effort. As we celebrate World Environment Day, Philippine Environment Month, and Sustainable Gastronomy Day, we hope this gathering reminds us that caring for the environment is woven into the choices we make every day—from what we consume to how we use resources and support our communities. Lasting change begins when small, mindful actions become lasting habits."
This year’s Kapuso ng Kalikasan Fair also drew participation from government agencies such as the Department of Agriculture (DA), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the local government of Quezon City.
Through the Kadiwa Market of the DA, fresh produce such as affordable vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products were made available. Kapuso employees also provided support through the purchase of the Benguet cabbage, which is currently in oversupply.
As part of its continuing efforts to encourage tree planting, urban gardening, and to raise further awareness on food security and environmental conservation, the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Plant Industry and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources distributed free vegetable, medicinal and fruit-bearing seedlings to the employees.
The Quezon City government’s REPORMA, a clothing donation drive of pre-loved office attire and bags, garnered much support from Kapuso employees, who made generous donations. The initiative provides graduating college scholars and out-of-school youth with professional clothing, giving them assistance for employment readiness while also encouraging waste reduction.
Select merchants at the Kapuso ng Kalikasan Fair included sustainable and eco-friendly enterprises: Back to Basic Ecostore, which essentials and sustainable alternatives for the home and personal care; The Eco Shift, curated products that support low-waste and sustainable lifestyles; Messy Bessy, known for its plant-based clearing and home care products; Flaretech Solar Technology, which bannered products aimed at providing solar energy solutions for home and businesses; and Bayong Republic Philippines, colorful and unique handcrafted bayong bags and reusable carryalls.
Established brands and small business selling hearty meals, delicious snacks, refreshments, and beverages also took part in the event: Max’s Chicken, with its iconic fried chicken, lumpiang Shanghai, and sago’t gulaman; Pancake House, offering its popular Classic Pan Chicken, spaghetti, tacos, chicken, pancakes, and waffles; SaladStop!, providing wholesome and satisfying meals with its fresh salads, wraps, and muesli bowls; Yellow Cab, with its signature Half-Moon pizzas and pizza squares; Kraken Takoyaki, offering freshly-prepared takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and korokke; Dachimi Snack Bar, featuring Japanese-inspired bites including sushi, musubi, rice bowls, and baked specialties.
Kapuso employees indulged on desserts from Max’s Corner Bakery, with its cakes, pastries, other bakery treats, plus freshly-baked pan de sal; DNA Creamery, offering ice cream; Razon’s Halo-Halo and its mais con yelo. Beverages also proved popular, such as Inarawan Coffee, a local favorite from Upper Antipolo known for its brewed coffee, lattes, Karamelo, and Kapenela; and Gong Cha, for its Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Wintermelon Milk Tea, Passion Fruit QQ, and more.
Complementing the sustainability advocacy of Kapuso at Kasambuhay ng Kalikasan, Nestlé Philippines provided special treats and products for employees during the fair.
