Graduation season is upon us.

So for girls who can't afford to pay for a professional makeup artist to glam themselves up on a big day, allow Kapuso actress Lauren Young to help you out.

Her makeup is a light smokey eye-look that highlights her almond-shaped eyes. She tops her look with a peachy cream color on her lips and finishes it off with highlighter. The overall look is natural and very appropriate for any formal event and is easy enough for any amateur to try.

While doing her graduation look the actress even reminisced her high school days at Angelicum College.

“Ako, noong high school ako lagi akong stressed, 'di ako mukhang fresh.”

“Pero at least sa graduation, fresh! Diba?”

Lauren, finished high school in Angelicum College and then studied at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde where she took up culinary arts.

Aside from acting, Lauren finds time to do what she loves outside her craft such as doing yoga and playing with makeup.

In a recent post on Facebook, the actress says that she dreams to have her own makeup studio someday.

She writes, “My dream is to have my own makeup studio, but for now my reality is a tiny ass mirror, some lights, my iPhone front camera shooting in the corner of my room.”
