Valeen Montenegro reveals if she photoshops her photos

Kapuso actress Valeen Montenegro knows all her right angles and always pulls off her workout videos looking great.

Being a celebrity fitness enthusiast, Valeen knows curating one's profile and editing photos are almost a must for an influencer or actor.

The Bubble Gang star has her own take on photoshopping one's photos, in an interview she said,

"Basing it on how I want my photos or my feed to be, syempre kudos to people na kaya mag-photoshop. Kung ano mang trip ng ibang tao, I let them be," she said.

She also clarified that she does not photoshop her social media photos. "Ako, hindi lang talaga marunong mag-photoshop ng sarili ko and ini-imagine ko, if people see me in person, ayaw ko silang ma-disappoint."

Valeen added with a hearty laugh, "Gusto ko what they see on social media is what they see in person, if not, better. I want to be honest, and I want to be myself as much as possible."

The actress also narrated how she stays motivated to keep working out to look her best online and in real life.

She revealed that exercising is something she genuinely enjoys, "For me kasi, ang hirap pigilan 'yung sarili ko to work out."

She continued, "I love it so much, it's my lifestyle. I have to be honest, there are some days that it's just harder than any other day. How I keep myself motivated, it's self-discipline because I love myself."

Valeen concluded, "I know if I don't work out today, malulungkot ako mamaya and mag-carry on siya the whole week. Kaya I really have to push myself because I know the ending."
