Sarah Lahbati bares her stretch marks

Former StarStruck V Ultimate Female Survivor Sarah Lahbati is one of the celebrity moms that many consider as their #bodygoal, but she proved that she's human like the rest of us by bravely baring her stretch marks and calling them her “biggest insecurity.”

In her Instagram photos that she shared on Wednesday, January 26, Sarah was seen posing in a black bikini that showed the stretch marks on her tummy.

Part of her caption read: “I'm tired of hiding my stretch-marks. I'm not perfect. No one is. What's funny is it took me awhile to accept that. My biggest insecurity.”

The celebrity mother-of-two then talked about self-acceptance and self-love.

“To love me fully. To fully accept me. I've always been ready to give all of me for my loved ones but never poured that same cup to myself,” she wrote.

Sarah then went on to emphasize what her battle scars mean to her.

“Took me some time to realize that my stretch marks are my best tattoos. A reminder that I am a strong and resilient woman who's been through a lot but most importantly, I've given birth to my two dearest sons, Zion and Kai. My angels,” she said.

The former Kapuso actress also expressed how grateful she is for the love and support of her husband, Richard Gutierrez, who also took her photos.

“I am loved, understood & cherished by my husband. I couldn't ask for anything more,” she stated.

She also thanked some of her friends and gave uplifting words to her followers.

“This may sound dumb to you, but I just wanna let you know that you are enough and beautiful,” Sarah said.

The former Indio actress ended her post by giving herself a pat on the back for finally embracing her imperfections.

“I'm grateful to be alive, to be loved, messy, and to be fully myself. Wouldn't have it any other way. Took a while for me to get here. But here I am. Proud. Cheers to all of you, women,” she wrote.
